MYLY PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN | PLEDGE TERMS

MINIMUM FUNDING TARGET
The Myly Pre-Order Campaign requires a minimum of 400 successful pre-order pledges before production can proceed.
PURPOSE OF YOUR PRE-ORDER
Your pre-order is made to support and help fund the initial production run of Myly. Funds received through the campaign will be used towards the costs of manufacturing and preparing Myly for delivery.
PRODUCTION THRESHOLD
Manufacturing of the initial production run will only commence once the minimum target of 400 pre-orders has been reached.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Myly is a product currently being prepared for its initial production run. The estimated production and shipping timeline is expected by January 2027. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and manufacturing or shipping may take longer than anticipated.
YOUR REWARD
Each qualifying £225 pre-order includes one Myly device as the associated founding reward. The reward will be supplied from the initial production run, subject to the campaign reaching its minimum funding target and production being completed.
IF THE TARGET IS NOT REACHED
If the campaign does not reach the minimum target of 400 pre-orders by February 28th, 2027, you will be entitled to a full refund. If it is determined that production will not proceed under the campaign, all pledges will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MANUFACTURING RISK
By making a pre-order pledge, you acknowledge that Myly is a product being prepared for production and that manufacturing, quality control, supply, regulatory requirements, logistics or other unforeseen circumstances may result in delays or changes to the estimated delivery timeline.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By submitting a pre-order, you confirm that you have read and understood the campaign information, including the funding target, intended use of funds, estimated production and delivery timeline, reward details and the risks associated with supporting a product that has not yet completed its initial production run.
